Project is located within Sisli where student residences and a private university take place. Building is designed in order to reflect traditional Turkish housing style. The accommodation capacity of the building is 977 student. 

Student residences  were arranged around the courtyard. The administrative offices and private university are located on up to the ground and 1st basement floor opening to the space while student residences  are located on the upper floors.
