Beylikdüzü, being a recently developed district, is located in European side of Istanbul. As the district has a borderline to Marmara Sea, it also has a potential of creating an attractive center for near surroundings.

With the Cumhuriyet Street project, a new social life center for Beylikdüzü is formed and the street is transformed into a district center by providing a prestige point.

Within the scope of the project; street design, recreational area planning, mixed use buildings, commercial buildings, museum, opera and municipality facilities are developed. The spaces are connected to each other by a special pedestrian platform.
