The project area is situated near Barbaros street. The building has a 388 bed capacity.

Round form creates an urban square on the street side which constitutes an inviting space for people.

The project’s core unit is designed as a single room for one person that includes both sleeping and studying spaces. This core unit is repeated in the seven-story building with angular articulations reminiscent of different streets.

The living units are not placed in a hierarchical or consecutive order. Therefore different living practices and layers can be experienced within the building.
