Bumerang Kartal is a luxurious high-rise residential project in Kartal, located on the Anatolian part of Istanbul, near the Marmara Sea. The building has an opportunity to see the Princess Islands of Marmara Sea and Bosphorus. The prospect of capturing these spectacular views while respecting the context of the surrounding neighborhood was the primary design criteria.

Project has 38 floors where residences are located and on the top of the building there is a terrace used for social activities. In order to enable all of the residences to see the landscape, the building is designed in the form of a boomerang.
