ABOUT ME
Architecture is breathtaking. As the world develops day by day, we learn something new and this shapes our style of design.
Architecture needs to be one step ahead of today, to be a lodestar for society.
Everything starts with imagination. Technological and social developments shape our lives, manners, expectations... Our world changes fast. The architect who has prescience will be successful as he follows the recent developments and builds his imagination for the future.
Many factors affect architecture; questions that an architect strives to answer on the front-end start with “who”, “what”, “where”, “when”, “why” and “how”. These questions encourage the architect to develop empathy. In order to develop empathy, one needs to think sophisticatedly which may lead the architect to place themselves in the shoes of the occupant of the building.
Emotional state of occupants is diverse. Space should either answer to each of those or guide the users through the architect’s design purpose. The foremost challenge in spatial design is keeping the balance between aesthetics and functionality.
A building is not only a design element but also an organism that is closely associated with its surroundings and, thus, should be ecologically sustainable .

COLLABORATION
Over the years I have collaborated with firms both locally and abroad in England, Holland, USA, and Germany to competitively pursue and develop local and international projects. Firms among these project collaborations include: Zaha Hadid Architects, Foster + Partners, Broadway Malyan, Keppie Design, DGI Bauwerk, Ambs, Werner Sobek, IND Architecture and GA Group.
My role on some of these projects has been diverse as full design collaboration works, project management, code review analysis of others’ designs, architectural and engineering due diligence, and simply assisting foreign clients/firm partners in the local permitting process.

SKILLS
Methodology
Up to today, I have designed over 400 architectural projects on a variety of scales. For project development sketches are initially carried out and expression improved later on by CAD programs. Using 3D Modelling and rendering the views help bring the ideas to life. Thereafter a retouch via graphic programs is executed and the presentation is finalized either with a booklet or an animation.
Essentially such software are architectural instruments which help present my dreams to the clients.
